Alex Sogard has announced the signing of eight players join the Raider program and continue their educations at Wright State University.

The newest Raiders are: Patrick Fultz, Zade Fusselman, Gus Gregory, Warren Hartzell, Calvin Mitchell, Nate Shaw, Joe Valentine and Ben Zink.

"I'm really excited about this group of young men that will be joining out program. They are a great fit and will have a positive impact in our program, both on and off the field," Sogard said. "I look forward to getting them on campus next fall and getting right to work. I believe this 2022 class has a very bright future and will win a lot of games together in a Wright State uniform."

Patrick Fultz: A 6'1" left-handed batting middle infielder from Springfield, Ohio who plays at Shawnee High School.

Zade Fusselman: A 6'1" outfielder from Canal Winchester, Ohio who plays at Canal Winchester High School.

Gus Gregory: A 5'10" left-handed batting middle infielder from Strongsville, Ohio who plays at Strongsville High School.

Warren Hartzell: A 6'0" right-handed pitcher from Greenville, Ohio who plays at Greenville Senior High School.

Calvin Mitchell: A 6'2" right-handed pitcher from Brecksville, Ohio who plays at Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School.

Nate Shaw: A 6'0" right-handed pitcher from Canfield, Ohio who plays at Canfield High School.

Joe Valentine: A 6'2" left-handed pitcher from Medina, Ohio who plays at Medina High School.
