LEWISBURG, Pa. — The Wright State men's and women's track and field program broke two school records at the Bison Outdoor Classic on Saturday.
Alex McCarty raced to a record time of 29:56.86 in the men's 10,000-meter run, good for ninth out of 39 competitors.
Max Pettit finished 24th in the event with the personal best time of 30:41.13.
Ian Johnson broke his own program record in the men's 1,500-meter run with a blazing time of 3:46.95, placing ninth out of 80 runners in the race.
Emma Shigley was 29th overall in the women's 10,000-meter run (37:27.01), while
Kaitlyn Miller took 44th in the women's 5,000-meter run (17:36.08).
Alicia Neumeier finished 52nd in the women's 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:39.91.
