
Baseball Announces 2025 Schedule

DAYTON – The Wright State baseball team and head coach Alex Sogard have announced the 2025 schedule. The 2025 slate features 24 games at Nischwitz Stadium, and 30 road contests.

The Raiders will open the 2025 campaign with ten road games, starting with a three-game series at Longwood (Feb. 14-16). They'll follow with a three-game series at Auburn (Feb. 21-23) before coming closer to home for a midweek matchup at Miami (OH) on February 25. The Raiders will travel back south for a three-game series at Ole Miss February 28-March 2.

Wright State will open the home slate on March 4, hosting Miami (OH) for a midweek game before getting back on the road for the final non-conference series of the season, traveling to NC State for three games (March 7-9).

The Raiders will host five straight contests at Nischwitz Stadium in mid-March, first with a midweek game against Kent State on March 11. Wright State will host Oakland for the first week of Horizon League action March 14-16, followed by another midweek game, hosting Toledo March 18. The Raiders travel to Milwaukee for the second week of conference play (Mar. 21-23) before returning home to host the Air Force Academy on March 25 and Youngstown State March 28-30.

Wright State will be on the road for 11 games in April, starting with six straight road contests, first at Xavier on April 1. The Raiders will travel to Northern Kentucky April 4-6 before opening the annual Joe Nuxhall Classic against Cincinnati on April 8, wrapping up the tournament on April 9. The Raiders will return home for a HL series against Purdue Fort Wayne (Apr. 11-13) before getting back on the road to take on Ohio State April 15. WSU will stay on the road, traveling to Oakland April 17-19. The Raiders will conclude the April slate in Dayton, hosting Xavier April 23 and Milwaukee April 25-27, before taking on local foe Dayton at DayAir Ballpark on April 29.

Of the Raiders 10 May-games, all but three will be on the road, as they travel to Youngstown State May 2-4 before hosting Northern Kentucky May 9-11. Wright State will travel to Kent State (May 13) before closing the regular season at Purdue Fort Wayne (May 15-17).

The Horizon League's regular-season winner will host the conference tournament from May 21-24.
