BELLEVILLE, IL – The No. 15 Wright State bowling team tallied three bracket victories on Sunday's final day of action at the Bearcat Classic, finishing fifth in the 15-team field.
 
Wright State, who entered the final day in seventh, opened best-of-seven Baker action with a comeback 4-3 win over Oklahoma Christian as the Raiders dropped the first two matches before battling back and eventually winning the seventh game to advance. They carried the momentum into a 4-3 over Newman, where again the Raiders battled back and took the final two games for the comeback win. In the final match, Wright State kept the theme of the day going, falling behind 3-1 to Central Missouri before winning three straight games for the 4-3 victory to finish fifth.
 
Sunday's action wrapped up the fall portion of the schedule for Wright State, who will return to action in mid-January at the Northeast Classic in Delaware.
