DAYTON — The Wright State golf team and head coach Conner Lash announced the 2025 fall schedule on Friday, a slate that includes a trio of tournaments in Ohio as part of its five-tournament tune-up for the spring championship season.
The Raiders will begin the fall traveling north to Rochester, Michigan for the Golden Grizzlies Classic September 13 and 14, competing in the event for the second-straight season after grabbing the team title last fall, while
Timmy Hollenbeck brought home individual honors last September. Wright State then returns to the Earl Yestingmeier Invitational, hosted by Ball State, on September 20 and 21, after a three-year absence from the event. The Raiders won the 2021 team title the last time they played in the event.
Wright State will have individuals play at The Indy at Forest Hills Country Club on September 26, while the group will travel to Nashport, Ohio for the Virtues Intercollegiate September 29 and 30 after tying for fourth in the event last season. The fall wraps up back at home with a pair of events, first at Moraine Country Club on October 13 and 14 for the Moraine Intercollegiate, hosted by Miami (OH), before wrapping up action October 20 and 21 at NCR Country Club and the Dayton Flyer Invitational.
The captured their ninth Horizon League Championship in Florida last spring, the second-most all-time in the Horizon League, while Wright State has now won four team HL championships in the last six seasons with a pair of second-place finishes in the two other years. The Raiders finished with six top-five finishes in 12 total tournaments last season spanning the fall and spring schedule, highlighted by three-straight team titles in April – at The Jewell, Wright State Invitational and Horizon League Championship.

Shane Ochs earned Horizon League Co-Golfer of the Year honors and Conner Lash was recognized as the League's Coach of the Year, with Hollenbeck and Ochs both also named to the seven-member HL Golf All-Academic Team.
