Callaghan named to Horizon LeagueAll-Academic Team

INDIANAPOLIS/DAYTON – The Horizon League released its 2025-26 Men's Basketball All-Academic Team on Wednesday afternoon, recognizing student-athletes for their success both in competition and in the classroom, with Wright State redshirt-sophomore Solomon Callaghan among the student-athletes honored in balloting by the League's faculty athletics representatives.

Callaghan, a marketing major, is the men's basketball team representative on Wright State Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and was an honorable mention recognition on last year's All-Academic Team. His work in the classroom has earned him a spot on the Wright State University Dean's List and he has been named to the Horizon League academic honor roll every semester he has been eligible (Fall 2024).

Callaghan and the Raiders take on Purdue Fort Wayne on Wednesday night, with tipoff set for 7 p.m. Fans can follow the action several ways - watching on ESPN+, via live stats or by tuning in to the Wright State Radio Network - 101.5 FM 'The Fridge' and WING 1410 AM.
