Men's Basketball wraps up regular season on the road Saturday

DAYTON - The Wright State men's basketball team wraps up the regular season on Saturday night as the Raiders make the short trip south to face Northern Kentucky, with tipoff set for 7 p.m. Fans can follow the action several ways - watching on ESPN+, via live stats or by tuning in to the Wright State Radio Network - 101.5 FM 'The Fridge' and WING 1410 AM. Chris Collins and Jim Brown will have all the play-by-play on the radio feed.
Fans can tune into 101.5 FM 'The Fridge' or WING 1410 AM live over the air in the Dayton metro area, as well stream the station live nationwide through a variety of free streaming apps. The iHeartRadio app, the TuneIn Radio app and the Audacy app are all FREE and each carry both stations. Wright State has secured the No. 1 seed for the 2026 Horizon League Championship and will host a first round home game next Wednesday, March 4 inside the Nutter Center at 7 p.m. against the winner of Monday's play-in game between No. 10 Cleveland State and No. 11 IU Indy. Tickets are now on sale for the first round home game. Raider season ticket holders can log into their online account to pay for their tickets. Tickets for the general public are on sale via this link.

Wright State went on the road Wednesday night and saw Solomon Callaghan and Logan Woods each turn in double-digit scoring performances as the Raiders grabbed a 74-70 win over Purdue Fort Wayne to clinch the Horizon League regular season championship outright for the first time since the 2019-20 season. Behind the Callaghan and Woods scoring, Andrea Holden, Michael Imariagbe and Dominic Pangonis all added seven points, with Holden and Imariagbe combining for 11 rebounds as each finished with three blocks.

Wright State is aiming for its 15th 20-win season in Division I and its first time reaching the mark since the 2021-22 season (22 wins). The Raiders won 20-plus games in seven of eight seasons from 2012-2020.
NORSE NOTES
Wright State leads the overall series 33-18 and has won 11 of the last 16 meetings against Northern Kentucky. Four players tallied double-digit scoring afternoons, led by Michael Imariagbe's 24-point, 11-rebound double-double in an 88-80 Wright State win over NKU in the first meeting of the season back on January 24.
