Official Visits
An official visit is a visit to a college that is financed in whole or in part by the college. A maximum of visits is five, with one visit to a particular college. Prior to an official visit the prospect must provide the college with their academic information (e.g. transcript and test scores) and be registered with the NCAA Eligibility Center. Please see the graph below to understand when you are permitted to take your official visit.
Unofficial Visits
An unofficial visit is a visit made at the prospect's expense. Unofficial visits are unlimited. Three complimentary admissions to an on-campus athletics event may be provided to the prospect by the college during the visit. Please see the graph below to understand when you are permitted to take unofficial visits.

Initial Eligibility
Prospects entering college must have the NCAA mandated 16 core classes completed. This includes:
- 4 years English
- 3 years Math
- 2 years Science
- 1 year additional English/Math/Science
- 2 years Social Science
- 4 years Additional Core Courses
Prospects must also meet the minimum GPA/SAT/ACT scores determined by the NCAA initial eligibility index.
Financial Aid
Athletic Scholarships are awarded on a year-to-year basis. A college cannot award a four-year scholarship. A student-athletes scholarship may be renewed each year by the financial aid office. A scholarship may also be reduced or cancelled after the one-year award period for any reason. Any reduction or cancellation of a scholarship may be appealed by the student-athlete.
National letter of Intent
This is a contract between the prospect and a particular college. It requires you to initially enroll in a particular college for one academic year. If the prospect changes their mind after signing the penalty is 1 year/1 season of eligibility.
Gambling
It is not permissible to participate in wagering on sports, this includes all levels through professional sports. No pools can be entered and not internet/bookie involvement. It is also not permissible to share information about your team, teammates, or yourself.
