The Wright State women's tennis team opened the dual portion of its schedule Thursday afternoon with a 4-3 win over Ball State at the South Regency Tennis Center.

After the Cardinals claimed the doubles point by winning all three doubles matches, the Raiders won four singles matches to earn the victory as Kayla Tuscany won first singles, Masha Persetsky in second, Kenisha Webb in fourth and Taylor Hines in fifth.

Both of the WSU tennis matches that were scheduled for Friday against IPFW have been postponed due to the snow storm that hit Ohio on Thursday. The next action for Wright State will be against SIU Edwardsville on Saturday at the South Regency Tennis Center, with both the men and women starting at 2:30.
