The Wright State women's tennis team picked up its first win of the season Saturday by pulling out a 4-3 decision at Ball State.
WSU took the early lead in winning the doubles point as Karoline Haller/Linsey Verstrepen won in #1 doubles as did Elaine Cloern/Vanessa Madrigal in #3 doubles. The Raiders then claimed the match as Haller (#3 singles), Tori Turner (#4 singles) and Verstrepen (#6 singles) all won in singles play.
Wright State (1-1) hosts Southeast Missouri on Saturday, January 31, at 6:00 at the Five Seasons Tennis Club.
