Raiders Win Again at #20 Louisiana

The Wright State baseball team took two of three games at #20 Louisiana as they won the final game Sunday 4-3. The Raiders won 8-2 Friday night.
Peyton Burdick led the way offensively with three hits, including a homerun, two RBI and two runs scored. Seth Gray also picked up three hits with an RBI as Gabe Snyder with a run and Alex Alders each had two hits. JD Orr added a hit and a run.
Caleb Sampen picked up his first win, going five innings and giving up two earned runs. Derek Hendrixson, struck out five in the final four innings while posting his first save.
The Raiders posted wins over ranked teams in recent years such as winning at #4 South Carolina and #10 Clemson last season and #8 North Carolina State and Georgia in 2016.
The Raiders are now 2-4 while the Ragin' Cajuns dropped to 2-5.
