@WSUBaseball Sweeps YSU

The Wright State baseball team won its fourth straight overall with an 8-3 decision at Youngstown State Sunday afternoon as senior Gabe Snyder hit his historic 43rd home run in the third inning to become WSU's home run king.  He now has a personal high 14 round trippers on the season.

Snyder ended the day with three RBI to give him 199 in his career as Peyton Burdick drove in two runs.  Seth Gray posted two hits, including a double and Matt Morrow collected a triple.  JD Orr had two hits, two walks and three runs scored. 

Zane Collins picked up fifth win of 2018, allowing three runs on four hits while striking out four over 6.2 innings.  Evan Moores pitched 1.1 innings while Jeremy Randolph threw the ninth.

The Raiders have won 10 of 11 games and hold record of 28-13 and 16-5, sitting in the top spot of the Horizon League.  WSU will host Kent State Tuesday at 3 pm and UIC next weekend.
