On Saturday afternoon, the Raiders won 66-59 against the IUPUI Jaguars. With the win the Raiders move to 18-5 overall and 10-1 in the Horizon League.

Four Raiders scored in double-digits on Saturday with
Michal Miller leading with 13 points.
Symone Simmons and
Mackenzie Taylor both tallied 12 points and
Emily Vogelpohl added 11 points.

1st Quarter
The Raiders started off scoring on Saturday afternoon with a
Michal Miller dish under the basket for a
Tyler Frierson layup. After a
Mackenzie Taylor steal, the ball would move through the team before ending up back with Taylor would finish with two points. Two possessions later,
Emily Vogelpohl would hit a three from the corner to put the Raiders up 7-2 in the first 2:23 of the game. The Jaguars would fight back after hitting a three with the shot clock expiring.
Symone Simmons would give the Raiders some breathing room after hitting a two, but the Jaguars would match the score and one possession later tie that game at 9-9. After hitting one foul shot IUPUI would pull ahead with a one point lead.
Tyler Frierson would give the Raiders the lead back with a layup and an
Emily Vogelpohl steal would extend the lead with a
Dasia Evans two. Impressive handles by
Angel Baker which led to a score would push the Raiders' lead to five over the Jags. Converting both of her foul shots, the
Symone Simmons would make the score 17-10 in favor of Wright State. A
Michal Miller underhand layup would trigger a Jaguar timeout with 1:45 remaining in the quarter. Out of the timeout,
Michal Miller would sink a three from the top of the arc after receiving the feed from
Symone Simmons. A turnaround jumper from
Tyler Frierson would be the last score of the quarter to put the Raiders up 24-13.

2nd Quarter
From the top of the arc,
Symone Simmons started off the Raiders' scoring in the quarter with a three but the Jags would match the score on the other end. After the scores, the Raiders would move into a press against the Jaguars' transition game.
Emily Vogelpohl would be the next Raiders on the boards after collecting an offensive rebound for the put-back. After putting the Raiders up by 13 points, the Jaguars would call their second timeout of the half with 6:06 remaining on the clock. Out of the timeout, IUPUI would put in the first four points to pull back on the Raiders' lead.
Symone Simmons would break the Jags' short streak with a layup high off the glass. A
Mackenzie Taylor steal would lead to a three-pointer on the other end by Taylor. The three would put the Raiders' lead back to double-digits, 36-24 with 2:48 remaining in the half. With under 30 seconds in the half,
Emily Vogelpohl would find the net with a long range jumper and a foul on the other end would not allow the Jaguars to respond.

3rd Quarter
The Jaguars were the first ones on the board after drawing a shooting foul. Tamya Sims would convert both of her free throws to pull the Jaguars back within 10 points. One Jaguar possession later, IUPUI would pull the score back into single-digits with a foul shot.
Symone Simmons would be the first Raiders on the board with a long jumper.
Mackenzie Taylor would record her 4
th steal of the game that would turn into an
Angel Baker score on the other end.
Dasia Evans came up with the Raiders' next big play after swatting a shot against Jaguars' leading-scorer Macee Williams in the lane. After the media timeout,
Michal Miller would be the first Raiders on the boards with a layup but the Jags would answer with a three-pointer.
Mackenzie Taylor would keep the Raiders' double-digit lead safe with a drive down the lane finished by a fingertip layup. With the shot clock off to end the quarter,
Michal Miller would make a drive down the lane but would be fouled on the shot. Miller would convert one of her shots to put the Raiders up by 14 points.

4th Quarter
The Jaguars began the quarter with a three-pointer but the Raiders would answers on the other wend with one foul shot from
Michal Miller and layup from
Emily Vogelpohl.
Michal Miller would hit a three from the corner after receiving the feed from
Emily Vogelpohl. IUPUI would get back on the boards with a layup, the score standing at 55-40 in favor of the Raiders.
Angel Baker would put an end to a short Jaguar scoring streak after hitting a jumper high off the glass. One possession later,
Mackenzie Taylor would add two points off of a jumper. Coming off of a Wright State timeout,
Teneshia Dixon would get on the boards with a turnaround jumper after being assisted by
Mackenzie Taylor. With just over three minutes remaining in the game,
Emily Vogelpohl would add two points after driving to the basket and getting the feed from
Michal Miller. After hitting a three-pointer at the 2:09 mark, the Jaguars would pull back within 63-54. With 32.9 seconds remaining, the Raiders would commit a turnover and then foul on a rebound. The Jaguars would be able to put a layup in to pull within seven points of the Raiders. At the other end,
Michal Miller would be sent to the line on a foul and convert one more point for the Raiders. Behind by eight points and with 17.4 seconds on the clock, the Jaguars' bench would call a timeout. After the timeout,
Mackenzie Taylor would be sent to the line after receiving a foul. Taylor would convert both of her shots. The game would end on missed three-point shot from the Jaguars.
