Wright State is coming off its third straight team title after capturing last week's Georgia State Invitational, having also captured the team titles at the Earl Yestingmeier Invitational and Valpo Fall Invitational after opening the fall with a second-place team finish at the Joe Feaganes Marshall Invitational.
Â
Traditionally played in the fall, the Flyer Invitational moved to April this spring due to the shortened COVID schedule, where the Wright State finished third as a team at even overall, while Bryce Haney was one of two Raiders to finish inside the top 10 individually.
Â
The field will play 36 holes on Monday and then a final 18 holes on Tuesday, with the 54-hole event will be played on the South Course at par 72 and 7,006 yards with a 9 a.m. shotgun start both days. Joining the Raiders and host Flyers will be Ball State, Bradley, Cleveland State, Loyola, Marshall, Ohio, Purdue Fort Wayne and Youngstown State.
