LAST TIME OUT
The Raiders fell on the road at Green Bay 0-1 Saturday evening.

Green Bay scored the eventual game-winner in the 15th minute. Kazuki Okazaki stood over a corner kick and sent a cross into the box that found the head of Jeloni Murray-Powell at the back post. Murray-Powell rose above the back and redirected the ball into the back of the net.

The Phoenix attempted to get some insurance for the remaining 75 minutes of the match, but Alessandro Malterer turned away the other 3 Green Bay shots on goal. Wright State recorded its lone shot on goal in the 71st minute when Maximilian Banfi fired a shot on goal from outside the 18-yard box.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Wright State sophomore midfielder Marko Odorcic was named Horizon League Offensive Player of the Week on Monday, October 20.

Odorcic scored a brace in Wright State's 4-2 senior day victory over Milwaukee on Saturday. The sophomore opened the scoring in the 10th minute, sending a first-time shot into the bottom left corner of the net off assists from Hutchinson and Kedgley.

The midfielder would score the eventual game-winner in the 73rd minute. Mensah got the ball on a sloppy clearance by the Milwaukee defense, played a pass to Odorcic, who sent another first-time shot, this time from outside the 18-yard box, into the bottom corner of the net.

RAIDER ON THE RISE
Oneil Mitchell has stepped into a major role for the Raiders after not playing in the team's first seven matches. Mitchell made his collegiate debut at Notre Dame, logging 83 minutes in defense. The freshman then played all 90 minutes against Detroit Mercy and Cleveland State, scoring the Raiders' lone goal in each match. His 34th-minute goal proved to be the winner over Detroit Mercy. Mitchell rose above the pack on a corner kick to head the ball past the Titans' goalie. Mitchell scored his third goal of the season against Milwaukee, heading home a corner kick in the 66th minute.

KING HENRY
Junior, Henry Hutchinson, has accounted for just under 33% of the goals scored by the Raiders this season. The Westerville, Ohio, native has already set a new career high in goals scored, with four, surpassing his previous high of two from the 2023 and 2024 seasons. So far this season, Hutchinson has scored against Belmont, Loyola Chicago, Purdue Fort Wayne, and Northern Kentucky.
