INDIANAPOLIS- The Horizon League released the 2025 Valeo #HLMSOC All-Academic team on Tuesday afternoon, recognizing student-athletes for their success both in competition and in the classroom, with Wright State's Alessandro Malterer and Henry Hutchinson being named as honorable mentions.
 
Malterer, an Entrepreneurship major, has played and started in 11 games for the Raiders, playing 990 minutes between the posts, recording 43 saves.
 
Hutchinson, a Business Economics major, has played 15 games in the midfield for the Raiders, starting 13. The junior leads the Raiders in points (9), goals (4), shots (25), and shots on goal (8).
 
The Horizon League recognizes student-athletes with seasonal Academic All-League Teams in each of its 19 championship sports. To be eligible for Horizon League All-Academic consideration, a student-athlete must have a cumulative grade-point-average of 3.20 or higher (based on a 4.00 scale), have completed at least one year at the member institution, have earned 24 semester-hour or 36 quarter-hour credits, and participate in 50 percent of the team's overall contests. An Honorable Mention team is awarded to student-athletes who received at least 25 percent of the votes but did not make the All-Academic team.
