LAST TIME OUT
The Raiders came up short of Purdue Fort Wayne 2-4 Saturday Afternoon at Alumni Field.

Purdue Fort Wayne broke open the scoring in the 36th minute when Trey Thread sent a cross into the Wright State box that Christian Agyekum was able to head into the back net. The Mastodons would hold this 1-0 advantage going into the half time break.

Wright State came out of the halftime break with a lot of energy and leveled the score in the 48th minute. Keiji Nakazawa received the ball inside the Purdue Fort Wayne box, controlled the ball, and laid it off to Henry Hutchinson who fired a shot past the goalkeeper for his third goal of the season.

Nakazawa would give Wright State the lead just two minutes later. Ishmael Mensah swiped the ball off a Mastodon player and played Nakazawa into space and the sophomore sent a long shot past the fully extended Purdue Fort Wayne goalkeeper.

Purdue Fort Wayne would tie the game up again in the 63rd minute when Christian Leon scored on a rebound.

The Horizon League leader in points, Shane Anderson, would score the last two goals of the match for Purdue Fort Wayne. Anderson would score his first goal of the match in the 84th minute sending a free kick into the back of the net. The Forward would score the dagger with less than 30 second on the clock when Iann Topete played a through ball up to Anderson who dribbled around the goalkeeper to make it a 4-2 game.
