DAYTON - The Wright State men's basketball team is back in action Wednesday night as they continue their homestand inside the Nutter Cetner with a matchup against visiting Cleveland State. Tipoff is set for 7 p.m., and fans can follow the action several ways - watching on ESPN+, via live stats or by tuning in to the Wright State Radio Network - 101.5 FM 'The Fridge' and WING 1410 AM. Chris Collins and Jim Brown will have all the play-by-play on the radio and television feeds.
Fans can tune into 101.5 FM 'The Fridge' or WING 1410 AM live over the air in the Dayton metro area, as well stream the station live nationwide through a variety of free streaming apps. The iHeartRadio app, the TuneIn Radio app and the Audacy app are all FREE and each carry both stations. Wright State led for 36 minutes on Thursday night as four players finished with double-digit scoring nights, led by TJ Burch's career-high 24 points, as the Raiders ran their winning streak to seven games with a 93-83 victory over Youngstown State. Burch added five rebounds – also a new career-high – as Kellen Pickett tied a career-high of his own as he tallied 18 points and just missed another double-double with nine rebounds. Dominic Pangonis finished with 17 points, his most as a Raider, while Solomon Callaghan turned in 15 points.

Wright State has won seven straight games for the first time since winning seven straight games from December 18-January 12 in the 2021-22 season, while they also won nine straight in January and February 2021 in the 2020-21 campaign. The Raiders' longest winning streak as a Division I program was 11 straight victories during the 2007-08 season.
PICKETT EARNS THIRD-STRAIGHT HL NOD
Kellen Pickett was named the Horizon League Freshman of the Week for the third consecutive week, the League office announced on Jan. 19. Pickett turned in his second-straight 18-point performance on Jan. 15 in Wright State's home win over Youngstown State. The 18 points, which tied his career-best set Jan. 11 at Oakland, came with nine rebounds as he just missed his third-straight double-double.Â
FAMILIAR FOES
Wright State has won 14 of the last 21 contests in the series overall, which is the longest series all-time in Raider history. The Raiders and Vikings have met 86 times previously, with Wright State coming away with 45 wins. The first-ever meeting came Feb. 12, 1972, a Cleveland State 72-62 win in Cleveland. The first matchup in Dayton came Jan. 21, 1974, a 69-45 Raider win (third meeting overall).Â
