Track & Field in weekend action at pair of meets

DAYTON — The Wright State track and field program is back in action this weekend at a pair of meets, sending the majority of the roster to the YSU Last Chance Invitational, while a handful of runners will compete at the GVSU Big Meet.
The YSU Last Chance Invitational will get underway with running events starting at 12:45 p.m. with select field competitions beginning at 1 p.m. and going through the afternoon. The GVSU Big Meet will feature more than 3,000 athletes in 3,500 entries over Friday and Saturday action.

Competing for the Wright State women in Youngstown are: Olivia Aills, Ava Bosticco, Madilyn Brausch, Olivia Cercone, Kayla Compton, Katlyn Delgado-Heaberlin, Anna Donaldson, Hannah Falknor, Kaitlyn Miller, Shelby Hept, Ava Hulett, Elle Lambert, Abbey Puckett, Samantha Seas, Molly Spiker, Ava Stalter, Heidi Stammen, Taryn Stills, Kaitlin Thomas, Sydney Thompson, Alexa West and Brooke Wilson.
The Raider men competing in Youngstown will be: Elliot Brady, Nathan Bright, Aiden Clendenin, Michael Cole, Thomas Cook, Santino Diligente, Logan Eggert, Jude Elkins, Jacob Holbert, Anthony Jiovani, Owen Kirkham, Wyatt Medure, Landon Monnin, Oliver Murray, Bryce Page, Reece Page, Huery Reed, Nathan Sheriff, Caden Sloan, Aboubacar Soumahoro and Hunter Thompson.
Wright State will have a small contingent of men at the GVSU Big Meet: Andrew Bugner, Michael Cole, Eric Dando, Michael Gale, Gavin Hutchinson, Matthew Lee, Evan McPherson, Tyler Mimnaugh, Ethan Neblock, Ian Ricker, Blake Rodgers, Emmitt Slabach, Patrick Statzer and Kalib Tolle.
Following this weekend's events, Wright State will be back in action on February 21 at the Wittenberg Invite, its final meet before the Horizon League Indoor Championships, February 28 and March 1 back at Youngstown State.
