LAREDO, TX – The Wright State golf team is back in action Monday morning at the Border Olympics at Laredo Country Club. Action will begin with 8 a.m. CT shotgun starts on both Monday and Tuesday.

Teams will play 36 holes Monday with the final round coming Tuesday morning at Laredo Country Club , which will play as a 7,257-yard, par-72 layout.

The Raiders will compete in a 13-team field against host Houston, Houston Christian, Illinois State, Lamar, Louisiana, New Mexico State, North Texas, Sam Houston, Tarleton State, Troy, UT Rio Grande Valley and Wichita State.

Wright State finished 12th as a group at the event last season, its first tournament on the spring 2025 slate.

The Raiders are coming off sixth-place team finish last weekend at the Lake Jovita Invitational in Florida, with Shane Ochs grabbing the tournament's individual title before being named the Horizon League Golfer of the Week later in the week.
