Chris Rodriguez joins the WSU coaching staff after finishing his the last two seasons with the Raiders. Rodriguez will serve as the Director of Player Development/Data Analyst where he will assist in video and data analysis. 
In 2016-2017, his first season at Wright State, he appeared in 9 games with 3 starts with 20 2/3 IP and 23 strikeouts. In 2017-2018, his senior season was cut short due injury where he found himself leading and handling the Raider bullpen for the remainder of the season.
Prior to Wright State, Rodriguez played for Kishwaukee College during the 2016 season under Coach Josh Pethoud. During his time there, he led the Kougars to an Arrowhead Conference championship. He was named to the all JuCo Region Four team after an 8-2 record with 74 IP and 97 strikeouts.
Rodriguez received his Bachelors degree in Organizational Leadership from Wright State and is the son of Ozzie and Christine Rodriguez.Â
