Wright State shot 54 percent in the first half, including eight of 12 from three-point range, in building a 40-18 halftime advantage and cruised from there as the Raiders won their sixth straight Monday night with a 58-42 decision over the Presbyterian Blue Hose at the Nutter Center.

Presbyterian led 6-5 after a Ryan Lamb fast-break jumper with 16:44 remaining in the first half, but WSU responded with a 23-4 run over the next 10 minutes, 10 of those coming from Vaughn Duggins, to go up 28-10. The Raiders eventually extended the margin to 40-18 at the break following a N'Gai Evans three in the closing seconds.

Six different Raiders hit a three during the first half, with Todd Brown and Troy Tabler each with two.

The Wright State lead continued to grow into the second half with the largest margin being 52-23 on a Brown dunk at the 10:04 mark.

The Raiders shot 46 percent overall for the contest compared to 37 percent for the Blue Hose, who were just four of 18 from behind the arc to WSU's eight of 14. Wright State also dominated the boards by a 39-18 count, including 13-4 on the offensive end, which resulted in a 10-0 differential in second-chance points.

Brown and Duggins each had 12 to pace the Raiders as all nine players that saw action scored. Tabler and Evans both had eight off the bench as the Wright State bench outscored the Presbyterian bench 23-0.

Al'lonzo Coleman led Presbyterian (3-22) with 18 points.

Wright State, now 15-6 on the season, heads to Northeast Ohio this weekend for a pair of games, starting on Thursday, February 7, at Cleveland State. Tip-off is at 7:30.
