Box Score The Wright State volleyball team fell in three sets to Cleveland State Saturday in Horizon League action at the C.J. McLin Gymnasium.  The Vikings won the match 25-20, 25-21, 25-19.
WSU led early in the first set, going up 12-7 on a Katie Klusman kill, only to see the Vikings go in front for the first time at 17-16 on an Ally Beck service ace.  Marisa Aiello tied it at 17 with a kill and the Raiders only trailed 21-20 until CSU tallied the final four points.
Cleveland State broke away late to take the second set, but Wright State rallied from an early 5-1 deficit in the third set to tie it at 17 following a Viking attack error.  CSU, however, followed with seven straight points to reach match point.
Cleveland State finished with just one more kill on the day (38-37), but committed just 10 attack errors in hitting .315 for the match while Wright State had 22 errors in hitting .146.
Garr paced the Raiders with 10 kills while Maddie Lohmeier had 30 assists and Jessie Thornton 12 digs.
Wright State (4-19, 1-8 Horizon) wraps up the three-match homestand on Friday, October 31, as the Raiders host Oakland for a 7:00 match.
