Men Explode for 109-54 Win Over Ohio Dominican

The Wright State men's basketball offense exploded for 109 points, 60 in the second half, to defeat Ohio Dominican 109-54 in the opening game of the Men Against Breast Cancer Classic Presented by Premier Health Monday night at the Wright State Nutter Center.

Inside the Boxscore:

*Five Raiders scored in double figures

*Parker Ernsthausen picked up his career best 10 points.

*Grant Benzinger picked up his first double-double with 17 points and a career-high 10 rebounds.

*Adam Giles (6 points), Alan Vest (five rebounds) and Tye Wilburn (six points) saw their first action of the season.

*WSU shot 56% from the field overall, including 73% in the second half.

*Wright State's defense forced 20 turnovers and won the boards 43-27.

The 109 points are the most for the Raiders in a game since a 136-91 home victory over Chicago State on January 6, 1993.

Wright State (3-1) continues tournament play on Friday, November 25, as the Raiders host CSU Bakersfield at 7:00.  The first game that evening will have North Dakota taking on North Florida at 4:30.
