Box Score Grant Benzinger scored a career-high 32 points, but it wasn't enough as Georgia State held off a late rally for an 81-74 men's basketball decision over Wright State Wednesday night in Atlanta.

Benzinger's 32 eclipsed his previous high of 31, set against Oakland on February 18, 2015. The junior guard was nine of 18 from the field, including six of 12 from three-point range, hit eight of nine free throws and also collected eight rebounds. 24 of Benzinger's points came in the second half, including five three-pointers.
Wednesday was also the annual 'Barefoot for Bare Feet' game as head coaches Ron Hunter (Georgia State) and Scott Nagy (Wright State) coached barefoot to raise awareness for Samaritan's Feet.
