WSU_TRACK_XC Place High at All-Ohio

@WSU_TRACK_XC Competes in All-Ohio in Akron
 
The Wright State cross country teams competed in the All-Ohio Cross Country Championship hosted by the University of Akron Saturday afternoon. The women placed 3rd out of 36 schools and 2nd in division I.  The men placed 12th out of 36 competing schools from all across Ohio and 4th in division I.
 
Senior Hailey Brumfield placed 3rd for the women at the 6k distance with a time of 21:34.6. Two other Raiders placed inside of the top-20 in a field of 307. Junior Shelby Nolan ran a time of 21:57.8 to place 11th overall and senior Aurora Turner ran a time of 22:07.3 to place 17th overall.
 
For the men, junior Nathan Dunn once again led the way finishing 6th overall and posting a time of 24:30.5 in the 8k distance. This marks the third time in as many meets this fall that Dunn has placed within the top-20 runners.
 
Wright State will be back on Friday, October 12th to take part in the Bradley Pink Classic in Peoria, Illinois.
