Prep: Earned four letters in baseball at Yorktown...also played basketball for a year...co-captain as a senior and MVP his final three years...all-state selection twice...all conference and all county three times...hit .450 with 45 hits, 45 runs and 14 homeruns while setting school records in most categories...team went 29-7 advancing to the state semifinals.

Lincoln Trail Community College Hit .506 with 64 RBI and 53 runs and 90 hits in his second season under Mitch Hamahs...second in nation in hitting as he was named all region.
