The Raiders were paced by senior Braden Fleak who tallied two goals in his final home match, while Matt Koewler combined to make three saves to post WSU's second shutout of the season.
“It couldn't have been a more fitting senior night,” said head coach Bryan Davis. “Just as Braden has done his entire career, he came through for us in a big situation. Every senior had a role in tonight's victory and I couldn't be more proud of the five of them. I feel very blessed for these guys to be my first senior class and am excited for the final two games of the regular season.”
The Green and Gold nearly took an early lead when Uros Grujic played a ball into the 18-yard box from the midfield circle. Fleak flicked the ball off his head and to the feet of Bamberger, who sent a shot towards the net that Schoettley made a diving save on to keep the match scoreless.

Freshman Tim Sampson sent a crossing pass to Fleak on the right flank and the senior connected on a laser into the corner of the net to the near post for a 2-0 WSU lead at the 85-minute mark.
