Box Score The Wright State baseball team trailed just 1-0 heading into the bottom of the sixth, only to see Clemson add one in the sixth and five in the seventh for a 7-0 decision Sunday afternoon.
The Tigers tallied a run without the benefit of a hit in the first and it stayed that way until they tacked on a run in the sixth to make it 2-0. Clemson then broke the game open with five runs in the seventh.
Mark Fowler paced the Raider offense with two hits and a stolen base while on the mound, Robby Sexton, making his second collegiate start, allowed just two runs and three hits in 5.1 innings with two strikeouts.
Wright State (3-3) returns home to host Xavier Tuesday at 5:00.
