Box Score The Wright State men's soccer team used two goals in the second half to walk away with a 2-0 win over Robert Morris Friday night at WSU's Alumni Field.
On a hot and humid night, the Raiders dominated with 22 shots while holding RMU to just five.  In the 68th minute of the game, Eric Lynch, from a Wes Cain assist, connected for his first goal of the season to make it 1-0.  Joakim Carlsson then collected his first tally of the year on an assist from Will Gbelee to put the game away at the 81:39 mark.  Carlsson and Zach Zwiesler had nearly half of the Raiders' 22 shots with five each.
"Tonight's game was a real test for us," WSU head coach Bryan Davis said.  "Robert Morris has had our number since we have lost to them the last few times.  They have good technical players and our plan was control the tempo of the game.  We are getting production from different guys and we're a little knicked up and we're getting where we want to be.  IUPUI is a hard working team and we need to be sharp to have a chance in that game."
Wright State is now 2-0-1 after an excellent win over Kentucky last Friday and a 1-1 tie on the road at Cincinnati.  Robert Morris, ranked seventh regionally, is now 1-1-1.  WSU will next be in action against IUPUI at Alumni Field Sunday at 5 pm.
