The Raiders used eight runs in the second inning to secure the win as Chase Slone picked up three hits, including a double and a home run to produce three RBI and JD Orr had two singles and a double for one RBI. Gabe Snyder continued strong weekend as he collected two hits and an RBI. Zane Harris and Zach Weatherford also finished with two hits.
Sophomore Mitch Gremling got his first Raider win, going three scoreless innings with one strikeout. Six WSU pitchers accounted for seven strikeouts.
Wright State, 22-12 and 11-4, will play at Toledo Tuesday afternoon and host Dayton Wednesday night.
