The Wright State baseball team scored four runs in the top of first and didn't look back as they posted a 10-3 win at Youngstown State Saturday afternoon.
Chase Sloan led the way with three hits, two doubles and three RBI as Alex Alders collected two RBI on a single and a walk for the Raiders. Peyton Burdick, Gabe Snyder and Zach Weatherford each ended with two hits on the day. Weatherford added two steals.
Starter Derek Hendrixson gave up only two hits while striking out five over four innings to pick up the win. Caleb Sampen threw three innings as Mitch Gremling finished the game.
Wright State is now 27-13 and 15-5 in league play. The Raiders will play the final game of the three-game series at YSU Sunday at 1 pm.
