@WSUBaseball Heads to BGSU

The 2018 Horizon League Regular-Season Champion Wright State baseball team will play its final non-conference game Tuesday at Bowling Green.  Game time is 3 pm.

The Raiders clinched the title over the weekend in Milwaukee and currently have an overall record of 32-15 with a conference mark of 19-6.  The Raiders were paced last week by Peyton Burdick who went four for nine in two games at #29 Louisville and one at Milwaukee.  He also scored twice and drove in four runs, including a home run against the Panthers and a double against the Cardinals.  The Batavia, OH native is hitting .351 on the season with 51 RBI.

BOWLING GREEN

The Falcons are 11-35 and 6-16 in MAC games and have lost 12 of its last 13 games with its lone win against Northern Illinois on Saturday.  BGSU will end their season at Toledo this weekend.

NEXT UP

The Raiders will end the regular season with a series against Northern Kentucky this weekend before hosting the 2018 Horizon League Championship May 23-26 at Nischwitz Stadium.  Thursday's game against NKU will be played at Fifth Third Field in Downtown Dayton at 6:30 pm
.  That game will be free and fans can get tickets at the gate.
